Really good Service and Beautiful Design

The personnel were really good expectations. I found their service lovely. It was the best I have ever encountered. This level of service felt genuine and elevated the entire experience. The room design details felt private, exceeding expectations based on the pictures.

I noticed very slight scuff marks on some of the walls in the room. This was a minor issue and did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience, but I still noticed it.

the staff was attentive . they provided cookies in my room on my last night, which i found a special touch. i received a scarf upon leaving, a lovely gesture i appreciated. i also used the pool after checking out, this flexibility was accommodating.

the room's sound isolation was not perfect! i could hear showers in neighboring rooms.

the tuk tuk service to the city center was free , which i found very convenient. the hotel arranged for a tuk tuk and a guide to historical attractions. the staff were very helpful and friendly , and.

the rooms were large , but the furniture was impractical , because there were no closet doors or drawers. the sound isolation was poor , so i could hear showers in neighboring rooms. the pool was small and surrounded by hotel buildings , which was not ideal.

Staying here was the highlight of my trip! The staff welcomed me with open arms. My room was super clean and super comfy. The team even surprised my partner with a birthday treat. It showed they care!!!

The breakfast buffet was okay, but I thought it could use a bit more variety. sometimes the pool seating fills up quickly, so plan accordingly.
